Master House Builders
Quality comes as standard.

About our future developments

We will complete building ‘The Barn' a 3 unit block of town houses alongside the completed Buttery and Stable, the 2 apartment blocks at Merrivale Farm. Two of the units are now available with completion in mid 2006. The first unit is sold and occupied. Also available in mid 2006 are a further 2 linked town houses. A 3 bedroom flat is also available in the Stable Block. We anticipate building out the site with all units occupied by October 2006.

We are submitting a planning application on a small site in Ross to accommodate a planned 3 starter unit development. Please contact us for details.

As a company which centres on building quality homes, we need sites for planning approval from 2006 onwards. We are preparing schemes currently in Drybrook and Ross-on-Wye for two sites in our ownership:

= Puddlebrook Drybrook, which we may develop with 3 or 4 residential units using existing access.

= 6 acres near the former Vine Tree Farm in Ross-on-Wye to the west of Betsdorf Way adjoining a recently approved development of 66 units to the east of Betsdorf Way.

We also own land in Drybrook earmarked for residential development in the Local Plan. We are looking at ways to achieve mixed use development in the short term, by retaining part of our yard for the existing business, and part-development in partnership with adjoining owners.

We are also investigating joint ventures on sites in Ross-on-Wye and nearby. Small-scale developments (4 –6 residential units) in the north Forest and south Herefordshire area particularly interest us. We would welcome contact with anyone here similarly interested.

“We see a huge demand, particularly in Ross-on-Wye, for quality affordable homes and also for sheltered accommodation. Our schemes will initially focus upon the community partnerships needed to improve housing stock”, says Managing Director, Robert Brain.
