Merrivale Farm, close to the centre of Ross-on-Wye, is a new housing development comprising two apartment blocks - The Buttery and The Stable each providing four flats. Additionally the site provides two linked sets of town houses and four detached houses. All dwellings are set in a large communal garden, the upkeep of which, upon completion, will be subject to a small annual charge.
In total the development comprises 16 units, 11 of which are now sold and occupied. The first town house has been sold, "no. 6", so we have 2 town houses adjoining and linked to the sold property immediately available, "nos 7 & 8". We anticipate completion of building work in June - July 2006.
